EDITING PDF DOCUMENTS FOR IOSHC
This is a step-by-step guide on how to download our Expression of Interest PDF to your computer and install Adobe Reader in order to utilize the PDF’s ability to be filled out using your keyboard and then emailed directly back to our office.
PLEASE NOTE: the visual aids are specific to Windows computers but the steps will be similar for Mac users, just with a different user interface. The images can be enlarged by clicking on them.
Check if you have adobe reader installed on your computer. Do this by going to your Start Menu (bottom left) on Windows or Applications folder on Mac (in finder) and Checking for the program “Adobe Reader”.
If it IS installed, click it now to open and skip to Step 6.
If it IS NOT follow the next step to install Adobe Reader (free).
Download Adobe Reader (if not already installed) by clicking this link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend you uncheck the option for the offer on the download screen.
If Prompted you can Click Yes to allow Adobe Reader to be your default PDF Application,
Navigate to the folder you saved the PDF to and Open the Expression-of-Interest-Form-2019-Fillable.pdf
Fill in the Document by typing your information into the fields. Once you have completed the form, click the Save button. Save to the folder of your choice, then click yes to Overwrite existing file if you have saved to the same folder you downloaded the Expression of Interest Form to.
Open your mail program and attach the Expression of Interest Form to an email addressed to email@example.com
