Enrolment
2025 Enrolment Process
The P&C wishes to advise that the enrolment process for 2025 will remain the same as last year. This process allows families to obtain permanent bookings up to the maximum number of sessions per week.
• Before school care allocated up to the maximum of 4 sessions (per week) per child.
• After school care allocated up to the maximum of 3 sessions (per week) per child.
An online Expression of Interest (EOI) form allows parents/carers to provide details of the number of days required and rank the days in order of preference (1 to 3). Families with multiple children have the option to indicate that they do not want a session allocated unless all children can be accommodated.
The online form EOI shall be available for completion for 7 days.
The allocation of children to sessions on a preference system based on a randomly generated number, not first in first served.
Priority System
• The priority system has been retained from previous years. Sessions are allocated to families in order of priority below.
Priority 1: Children at risk – all requested sessions, no limit on sessions
Priority 2: Single parent and two parent households where CCS guidelines are met
Priority 3: All other parents
The number of spaces available remains licenced for 285 children at any given time. 5 spaces are kept for emergencies and children requiring urgent care.
IOSHC administration/management will review applications in accordance with their priority level. Each family will be allocated a randomised ID number, which is computer generated. Children will be allocated to the rooms based on preferences in accordance with room capacity.
Information regarding 2025 processes will be publicised via – emails; school newsletter; team app notices; IOSHC web page ioshc.org.au; and posters displayed at each of the collection areas.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Is it possible to receive 4 before school care sessions and 3 after school care sessions?
ANSWER: Yes, this is the maximum, but not guaranteed, and will allow more families to have access to OSHC services. Before and after school care sessions are allocated separately.
If I do not receive my first preference, am I guaranteed my second preference?
ANSWER: If you missed out on your first preference you shall be given priority for your second preference, however it cannot be guaranteed you will get your second preference.
Why are there limits to before and after school care sessions?
ANSWER: Introducing limits has allowed more families among the ISS community to have access to some care, rather than some families receiving all 5 days and others receiving none.
If we are a separated family, can each parent get up to the maximum number of sessions per week?
ANSWER: No, the sessions are allocated to a maximum per child, hence you will have to share those sessions.
We appreciate your continuous support.
